Quality Policy
Our laboratory
We have our own laboratory where we measure the length, angle, hardness, tensile strength (only for our own needs) and other, according to our permissions.
Quality Department staff have the following permissions for the evaluation of welded joints:
- VT 2 – visual test
- PT 2 – penetration test
- MT 2 – magnetic-particle test
- Eligibility for calibration of measuring instruments for measuring length and angle
Design Office
We possess computer stations to support the CAD design process, including modern workstations with PTC CREO PARAMETRIC 3 software with extensions MES and CAM, where we are constructing die forgings for our customers. This software allow us to perform advanced 3D models of forgings, FEM analysis, optimization and design of equipment and technology for milling machining centers and lathes. We are equipped with workstations with Autodesk Inventor 2014, which we use primarily for the weldments design (including module for MES analysis).
