Modern ventilation in the WOSTAL forge – clean air during the production of die forgings and heat treatment

The ventilation system, which aims to improve the working conditions of the forge’s employees, collects polluted air, cleans it in the ventilation unit and then pumps it into the Department hall.

Air ducts are run inside the hall under the roof, which reduces heat loss in winter.

Air purification is based on cartridge filters, which do not consume electricity and do not require periodic cleaning, only periodic replacement every 4 years.

Dirty air exhausters and clean air vents are located under the ceiling along the entire length of the production hall, ensuring even ventilation with air purification, without generating noise.
